Such a waste of money.
Peeling spray does nothing
Both hand and foot gloves split when putting them on with no real benefit to my skin, total waste of money!!

Left with a chemical burn
I bought the magic hour footmask, initially from Zalando.
Had to take it off after 45min, because I had a burning sensation.
Now, The Day after, my feet were red, and my skin has almost burnt The first layer of skin, off my feet.
Went to The doctor, to seek help.
So now I have to use aloe vera gel and antibiotic, because of a chemical burn from The product…

First I would like to address your concerns. The STARSKIN Magic Hour Exfoliating foot socks are one of our best selling products. The formula has been clinically tested by a renowned dermatological institute and has achieved a 100% safety score. Since its launch, we have sold hundreds of thousands worldwide and rarely received a complaint. The formula has not changed since its launch.
Reactions on the skin can be very complex and difficult to detect. Our formula contains natural AHA-fruit acids that may increase your skin’s sensitivity. In addition your skin may have become sensitive to one of the natural ingredients in the formula. A reaction does not always appear at first but can develop over the years.
Our advice is to soothe the skin with cold water and to avoid bright sunlight as much as possible. If you can’t avoid bright sunlight use a sunblock with a high protection factor (SPF 50+). Do not apply any other products - with the exception of sunblock - on the skin for the next 3 days.

Refill sponge is very poorly made.
I recently purchased some sponge refills and I am extremely disappointed with their quality. I initially bought the device on Amazon.ca and although I love the device itself, I must express my frustration with the black sponge. Each and every one of them fell apart immediately after use. I decided to buy the refill, thinking that the first occurrence was just a one-time incident, but unfortunately, they were all the same. It was necessary for me to personally glue each sponge just to be able to use it. Considering the price of the product, this level of quality is simply unacceptable.
Update
The company responded to my email in a timely manner and offered me a different product. The device itself is lovely; however, the black sponge could use some improvement.
