Since an entry level Elcan monocular starts at $2000 and doesn't do a tenth of what this thing claims, it goes without saying that I didn't buy one. LMAO. I just wanted to see who actually did. Opti... See more

NOT WORTH ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!!
It does not ZOOM as advertised. All those real far away shots are not being done with the STARSCOPE! Even if you buy the cell phone attachment for an additional $23! It still DOES NOT ZOOM the way the advertisement states and demonstrates! BUY CHEAP GET CHEAP! Not worth any amount of money!

Review your product before buying

Anyone dumb enough to believe those commercials almost deserve to be ripped off. Before you buy anything from YouTube commercials look up the product on Google reviews. Also use a real charge card and dispute charges. They will reverse it. No questions asked. ... Never believe the government is going to take away any product that's advertised...

No notification of shipping

No notification of shipping. No updates. Felt I was ripped off during the blackout during shipping.
Last and most important, it's just a simple 10x spotting scope. No more powerful than an old "tascoe" 22lr scope.

Bought 2 scopes,mount and 2 lifetime warranties

Bought 2 scopes, plus the phone mount and 2 lifetime warranties. The tracking number that I was emailed was useless and " could not be found" on their "tracking web page". Received items, and tried out one of the scopes and couldn't see a damn thing. Turned the focus knob and the
inside lens came off from the plastic ring holding it in place and it turned on it's axis. I had to dig it out with my fingers and reset it back into the plastic ring and then TRY to wipe off the finger prints with the useless cloth that comes with it, to no avail. I can see better and further with my naked eyes and I need glasses and see poorly at night, so that should tell you everything. Only way to file a refund is via email and from what other reviews have said, you won't get a
refund or ever speak with anyone. Also, the QR code that says "Scan for 30 days free warranty " does not work, it takes you to the website under warranty that says to activate "click here" and when you do, you get an 404 NOT FOUND ERROR messgae. It's a total scam. I SHOULD have searched for reviews. There YouTube ad looked so legit, but I GUESS I should have known better than to think that a military grade telescope would actually be sold to the public with their FALSE advertise of ZOOM capabilities. I'm out $121.17 and NO way to get my money back. SCAM!

buyer beware

buyer beware. this thing is an absolute Chinese piece of junk. does nothing the TV ad claims. Long zoom does not exist at all. Its just a poor quality "scope?" that has no magnification properties whatsoever. it only lets you focus which is also terrible quality. the product is a total scam. good thing I bought it on Pay pal. they were very helpful at getting my money back. besides, some accessories were broken due to lousy shipping in some cheap plastic bag. Keep yer money and never deal with this company. Jimmy

I should have done my usual research & sadly fell for the hype. This is an overpriced heavy monocular. I also bought the camera mount since my granddaughter wanted to take photos of the stars (a gift for her). It won't even attach long enough to view, much less take a photo. It will be donated to a thrift store.

DONT BUY. THERE IS NO CONTACT INFO.…

I just got your starscope and phone mount. It doesn't do much at all. The phone mount fell apart as soon as I put it on my phone. I can't find a return info anywhere to return it. You have no contact info on your website and not even in the boxes the parts came in? Don't buy this product!!! It's junk.
