I purchased a starscope and couldn’t have been more disappointed! The YouTube commercials straight up are a LIE. They basically show a woman with a sign from very far away. Miles I’m guessing. They zoom into her sign. And you’d guess you can see a pimple on a gnats a$$. LIE! I was so hopeful when purchasing a fell for the other scam of buying 2 at a discount. DONT BUY. ITS A SCAM. I’ve seen their commercials for years and fell for it, but you don’t have to. They figure they can scam you and like me, just don’t feel it was worth the headache to get my money back. I wish I’d never wasted my money. If you’ve read this and you still buy it you’ll see it’s all a LIE.

October 2024 I ordered two Starship Drones for son in Navy-
They promised would be in WA before Christmas- I was even talked into warranty - sounded real good - loved fact Drones made in America- Christmas came and went- never received drones- “only “ way to speak is thru AI chat- they have automated responses for my concerns- I was always promised comments like - we are back ordered- it will be shipped soon - by end of February- same automated responses - more promises- NO DRONES ever mailed-So I worked to get refund-
AI chat promised refunds - “ NEVER “ came …..my bank refunded me - I was scammed-
Buyers please beware….

I order one . I received it broken. I contacted the company , and was to get a replacement, but never did. This company is not reputable company. DO NOT Order one.

The videos were amazing. They were also a complete fabrication and do not portray the actual performance of the product they are selling. The product does NOT have the ability to zoom in to enable you to see things up close from great distances. There is NO zoom feature at all, only a control to adjust the focus. All you have is a fixed magnification of 10x although it does not appear to be even that. I can get better than that with an old set of binoculars. Do not waste your money. Oh, and you pay the shipping when you buy it, AND when you return it. And the customer service is set up to frustrate your attempt to return the product. You have to send it to the correct address, but they will not respond to requests asking for clarification about which address the product must be returned to.

STARSCOPE IS JUNK AND VERY MISLEADING ON ITS CAPABILITYS WHAT A WASTER OF MONEY

Well...apart from the price for 2 converting into over $220 nz for 2 of these ( on sale) it took months for them to come !! And then number 3 on the list is not included !!?
Where's my pouches?
Read the list first.
Make sure you know what you are receiving!
Certainly not worth $100 each & months of waiting.
Bad experience with this purchase.

Stop scamming people

I ordered a Starscope Shadow X drone on 11/29/2024 but never received it. I got an order confirmation email but never got a delivery notification. I contacted the company many times using their web-based online form (the only contact method provided) but never received a response. I have tried to resolve this issue but Starscope is completely unresponsive. This drone was well-regarded by several online reviewers, but it turns out to be a scam. If you place an order, do not expect to receive the product, or a refund, or any customer service.

Starscope or starscope24 or whatever they are called , absolute scam , these Monoculars are £54 or $72 ON STARSCOPE !! these are £9 ( $12 ) to £14 ( $18 ) , 0n ebay aliexpress amazon .. Why do they charge SO MUCH ! make claims about the Mono's THAT ARE NOT TRUE !! absolute rubbish for THEIR PRICE !! SCAM SCAM SCAM !! RIP OFF RIP OFF !! THE PUBLIC ~ AVOID AVOID !!

Wished that I have read the reviews of the people who have been scammed by STARSCOPE -US , before placing my order of 2 monoculars on the 4/10/2025 . CAD 185.88 been debited from my credit card account to the account of Starscope without receiving neither the order number nor any confirmation of purchase . Tentatively Since 3 days before I tried to contact the Customer support of this FRAUD COMPANY , STARSCOPE . No answer other than saying “ Please enter the details of your request . A member of our support staff will respond asap”. I keep sending messages to the CS the whole day but they never answered me . Today Once I checked in google the Customers reviews . I was chocked by the number and by their outcry all that STARSCOPE IS DEFINITELY A FRAUD . NEVER EVER place an order with this cheap Company having thugs as staff , Please refrain to Buy anything if for free from Starscope . Share with others

I have better monocles from wish for $5. Charged me $23 COD CHARGE on top that wasn’t expected. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!

If they had a -5 stars that’s what I would give.It's not what they advertise. It doesn't zoom in. It's very low power optics. I can see better with this my eyesight than using their product. It's not worth a dime. I have a binocular that cost $10.00 dollars that work's better. A rip off!!!!!!! I still waiting for my money back after 90 day I sure that they have no intention of giving a refund on they product . Who ever the CFO is should be put in prison on theft charges.

I purchased 2 drones after reading reviews that must have been paid by them. They are extremely flimsy. I found the controls seemed to lose contact with the drone within a few feet. One of the unit's remote would not charge. I have email them multiple times and the only reply was try a different battery, when the remote battery isn't removable. Finally, they quit responding. And I paid extra for a lifetime warranty. Do not do business with this company.

It's not what they advertise. It doesn't zoom in. All it does is focus. It's very low power optics. It's not worth $61.00. I have a binocular that cost $40.00 dollars that work's better. I do not recommend this product!

They took my money and just ghosted me. I emailed them and tried to use their BS live chat. They just don't respond and there are no numbers you can call. Order number 2433292

Huge scam, this is a very bad company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I will be contacting the better business bureau to get a refund.

Wish I had read more reviews before ordering the Starship Starscope Shadow XD drone as a Christmas gift. Never worked correctly, lost WiFi connection within what should have been range and crashed into a tree. Company refuses to accept return or issue refund because their POLICY is they will only do so within 30 days of receipt of product. I ordered in early November so was screwed from the start. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

I ordered 2 of the drones based on "Unbiased Reviews". The drones had a battery life of 5 minutes. Tried both drones 4 times after full charge.
I returned them and they said my return was complete.
After 5 days ... no money ... they said it could take 10 days.
After 10 days ... no money they said it could take 15 days.
It had now been 45 days and they keep telling me it could take longer.
Total scam!!! They got their drones back and won't credit my money back.
Don't fall for this scam

I was a fool and ordered 2 of these pieces of junk!!!!! We charged one and the propeller does not work! I have tried to reach out to customer service, they hang up on me! Forget emailing them, it says my order number is incorrect and there is something wrong. I now have 2 heartbroken 5 year old grandsons that just wanted a drone for Christmas and all they got was a cheap piece of plastic!!!! I will be going to my bank to report them
