Honestly, they actually don’t scam! So I started w the wheel and I just payed for my stuff thinking I would get scammed but it actually legit! It’s a very trust worthy site and you would get ur things!!!

I can buy in game items for a very cheap price! I think Starpets is amazing! Not only that but you can trade bad items for good items aswell! I think this is excellent for people who don’t have rare items!

My granddaughter bought two items at £9.47p but they didn’t ask for her username so she didn’t receive them.
I have emailed the company numerous times to no avail. They reply with an email that doesn’t accept replies and they answer in Korean.
Anything to avoid refunding me.

How often have you experienced a glitch in Star Pets, even if it wasn’t critical? Probably often, but you turn a blind eye to it every time. And for some people, these glitches keep happening day after day, and they’re serious. A common problem: the account won’t link up, so you can’t simply sell or buy something; accordingly, if you don’t solve this problem, the site immediately drops out as a buying/selling option, lol🤷🏻 How can this be fixed? no way. You’re writing to support, where you’re talking to a bot whose maintenance budget apparently amounts to zero rubles - because it’s just really stupid. And when you’re connected to a real person, they simply don’t know how to solve your problem, great🫣. Previously, there was a convenient system, and buying and selling was carried out through a bot intermediary, which was safe; now there’s no intermediary, and everything is done directly… Oh my God, I already feel sorry for everyone who was either banned as a seller or scammed as a buyer 🥴 It’s all so inconvenient and it takes up a ton of time, and you also have to go to EVERY seller for each item… It used to be much more convenient and secure, and you just decided to save money and resources by sacrificing your users’ time and nerves - well done!👏🏻 Besides that, you have a ton of other issues - for example, some of the good reviews are fake, but I just don’t have the energy for that anymore.
