I was a little skeptical about ordering a relatively expensive fire pit online, but I truly fell in love with one particular piece I saw, and actually, the price seemed fair, given the perceived quality and gorgeous design. The customer service I received from Starfire Direct was excellent, from the rep I ordered from, to the delivery and follow-up. The fire pit surpassed my expectations - it's even more gorgeous in person, and emits more than enough heat to keep us toasty warm on those brisk Northern California evenings. I'd definitely recommend this company and their top-notch customer service and products.

Upgraded our ceramic logs to fire glass back in the fall. Looks GREAT. Just added 5# of mixed color 5/8" blocks on the top layer for a "decorator" look during our spring/summer off-season in Texas.

Top quality and the fire pit will be a conversation piece for a long time.

I ordered 5 samples before I bought your fire glass to make sure it's what I was looking for and one of the samples was the 1/4 inch Pacific Blue which I loved. I ended up ordering 3 pounds and it wasn't at all the blue color I received in the little sample packet. All the other colors I ordered were fine. I wish I could get the blue that was sent to me in a sample

I recently ordered five samples of Fire Glass. The samples arrived quickly and each sample pack has a large enough quantity to help you decide.

Starfire was quick to answer any questions that I had- shipped the product in a reasonable amount of time and once it arrived, product was in excellent shape, given the careful attention to packaging.

I was very happy with the product.

We ordered and received the 1/2" diamond reflective glass. We use it in a certified pan in our fireplace, which has been using glass from Starfire for the past 4 years, successfully. This new diamond glass burns, turns cloudy after using for only an hour. Absolutely DO NOT use this with a fire...it can only be used as a decoration. We have sent pictures to Starfire a few days ago and are waiting to hear from them.

We haven't received the product yet but the ordering was easy.

I purchased 10 lbs of the 1/2" gold reflective and 15 lbs of the 1/2" copper reflective fire glass and mixed them. I am very pleased with this combination because it looks beautiful!!
