I haven't yet received my fireglass but …

I haven't yet received my fireglass yet but called to inquire about my order as I didn't receive email confirmation. I spoke with Clarice; she confirmed my order and offered to send an email. She was very pleasant and was genuinely interested in me as a customer!!

I followed a link that says 10lbs for 5 dollars and it's per lb scam

I followed a link that says I was suppose to get 10lbs of fire glass for 5 dollars and no info on the page where you purchase says it's 5 dollars per pound. Beware

I apologize that you've had a negative experience with our company. I am aware of the situation and would like to explain. The link you clicked on is a Google Shopping ad we pay for. Although, we submitted the correct SKU and model number for 1 pound of fire glass, our competitors who are also advertising with Google are are incorrectly using the same model number to advertise 10 pounds of fire glass. Google has lumped our shopping ads together making it seem like we are advertising 10 pounds of fire glass for the price of 1 pound. We are working with Google to get this corrected but it is taking us some time. In all fairness, our website does display the correct information so that our customers know exactly how much they are getting and for how much.

Ordered the wrong size H-burner. Returned product and after 3 weeks contacted them by phone. They had received it 2 and half weeks ago but didn't know why it wasn't refunded. CS rep said he would call back that day with an answer. 4 days later I sent and email. I received a call a few days later, same thing. They don't know why it was not refunded but they will find out and get back with me that day. A week later I receive an email. I'm getting a refund but. It could take up to 10 days.

Missing parts

Missing parts. I contacted customer service and explained what was missing. I was contacted 3 days later and a message was left. I called the rep back and that was the end of that, no response, still missing my part!

Love,love,love

Love,love,love, this fire pit table. It has exceeded our expectations. It throws off a lot of heat, even on the low setting. Just opened the box added the glass & hooked up the propane tank....And turned it on. Looks great with my patio furniture.

I have not receive my firepit yet but …

I have not receive my firepit yet but when I first ordered it turned out what I had ordered was no longer In stock. The staff is amazing and was so helpful in resolving and helping me find something else. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I never leave reviews but they were to good not too! I cannot wait to enjoy my firepit in a few days!

ORDERED SEVERAL DIFFERENT COLORS OF FIRE GLASS. PRODUCT
ARRIVED QUICKLY AND PACKAGED WELL. THE SMALLER FIRE GLASS (1/4") WAS EXACTLY AS SHOWN ON WEBSITE BUT THE LARGER GLASS (1/2") HAD A NUMBER OF SHARDS IN THE PACKAGE WHICH MADE IT DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH AND HAD THE APPEARANCE OF BROKEN GLASS .
