UPDATE: The issue is still not resolved.
Despite being informed that the payment was confirmed, I am now being told that the payment has not actually been sent and they are still waiting for a response from the payment system.
Support is unable to provide a clear answer whether the payment has been sent or not.
This is extremely concerning.

Withdrawal of 1300 PLN has been approved, but I have still not received the funds.
The issue has been ongoing since March 1st. Support keeps repeating the same responses without providing any timeframe.
I was informed that the payment would be processed, but weeks have passed without resolution.
Very disappointing experience.
