Scam website – Blocks withdrawals and uses fake license!
I signed up on starcas.top, deposited money, and started playing normally. However, when I tried to make a withdrawal, my request was blocked without any valid explanation. Their support team sent me a so-called “license certificate” claiming the site is licensed under Curaçao, but after checking, it’s clear the document is fake, and the company Medium Rare N.V. does not appear on the official registry.
The certificate even states that the license is still “in process,” which means the site is operating without a valid license while falsely claiming to be regulated.
I contacted support multiple times, and they keep delaying and avoiding a proper response. I have screenshots and PDF evidence of the conversation and the fake certificate. This website is clearly a scam.
Avoid starcas.top at all costs – it's a fraudulent casino!
