STARBUCKS.BG shame on you!!

This morning, I visited 'The Mall' in Sofia - the service was much to be desired.
Why is the store so dirty? Bins are full of paper cups, string sticks, sugar on the counter, and dirt on the floors and on the public space at the entrance to Starbucks - disgusting.
I visited your store at 09:30 am - the mall had just opened, and your staff gave me the impression that they were doing customers a favor by providing them a service - they were miserable, and the sandwich stand was a mess, and your store, in general, is potentially a health hazard.
