Absolutely sh*t! My mom ordered from this website a KNITTED sweater and it was just a printed picture of the design on a long sleeve shirt. I wish I could write an actual review on their website but I can’t! Avoid this website at all costs!

I like the design of this dress, especially the unique vintage mermaid skull print. It was moderately priced, so I felt good about the purchase. However, the shipping took about two weeks, which was a bit longer than I expected.

Got this dress recently; cool design, great for the price. Qualitys decent, nothing extraordinary but solid. Packaging could be improved. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, which was a bit lengthy but acceptable.

Clothes looked cute on website, so I ordered 3 dresses. I checked out the size guide and made sure to get the correct size for my measurements. However, when they arrived they were way too small so I immediately contacted them about doing an exchange. They said they'd be happy to help but first I needed to send a photo of the dresses. I did that and again requested info on how to send back to exchange for a larger sizes. Instead of sending me info, they suggested I just give the dresses to someone else. I couldn't believe it. How completely unprofessional! So I wrote back once again saying if they wanted me to gift the dresses to someone else they should offer me a full refund, otherwise I want to send them back to exchange for the correct size. Like how clear can I be? I have now written 3 times requesting info on how to return. But instead of telling me how to do that, they wrote back saying they could give me $9 back. For three dresses. $9. That's not even 10% of what I paid. At that point I'd had enough and I'm taking it up with my credit card company.

Shocking! Why did I not check on here 1st. Ordered 3 dresses, after 6 weeks I received 1 that was nothing like the picture and way too small. They are disputing my claim that they only sent part of my order.

I was completely ripped off, the garment I received was nothing like the one on the website. Wrong colour, wrong style, fabric awful, bad design, wrongly sized. You can’t get any money back and they also charge you quite a lot for shipping companies like this should not be allowed to trade.

Terrible customer service!
Won’t correct their misstake, sending me the wrong item, instead offering a few dollars back, and adds a couple of dollars in each email.
DON’T SHOP THERE !!!!

Absolutely AWFUL. Quality bad, customer service dreadful. Won’t allow returns. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Uau, what a scam...
I ordered 2 dresses, immediately the payment was 10eur more expensive then on the steps before, not even counting with the shipping (??).
I received then only 1 dress, that is not the same model as the one on the site...
Want to see how crap the service will be now to fix the order. Obviously not a company thay is reliable or that is working for the costumers. Dont buy please

Finally received today. Why did I not check reviews before ordering. Dresses looked lovely online, absolute dog 💩 quality. One size as ordered the other a much smaller size that would fit1 boob not 2 in!

Ordered a shirt 4th August and now it is 14 October. Still not arrived and when I contact them they keep saying it is still with courier

Ordered three items with a discount. Not only did they withdraw the entire amount without the discount but they also didn’t send all the items. To top of the horrible experience, they cannot be contacted for complaints! No matter which email you use, they have an auto-reply that asks you to complain through a link, which - surprisingly - doesn’t work.

Edit: Added two stars because they finally replied to my emails, sent the missing item and paid back the money they wrongly charged me.

Scam company - Ordered clothes 11 days ago, still nothing seen for the package

I paid 180$ and I received 7 pieces of awful clothes: very bad quality, size is not correct and they are formless. Nothing to do with the beautiful designs you see in their website.
I wanted to return most of them and they just offer 4$ refund for a 180$ order!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY HERE.

I bought a dress which looked lovely in the ad. When it eventually came it was totally different. I ordered XL, which is meant to be a 16(Im a 14,but I'd thought I'd err on the side of caution) and it is tiny, more like a 10/12. The material is a horrible synthetic fabric. I asked for a refund and they fobbed me off.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid!! Clothing did arrive but very cheap material and quality.
