The web site promised next day delivery - 2 weeks later and the item has not turned up yet. Why not be staright and say that you don't have it, here's a refund? No, you tell me that I will wait.
I mentioned your message to me in my original rant. There was not any question in the message and so what answer were you looking for? As I said, there were only instructions.
If you were aware of stock issues, surely, customer service would be to not take further orders.

I ordered 10 fans as it said on your website that they were in stock. When I phoned the following week to enquire when they would arrive, I was told they were on backorder due to lack of stock. Lucky I phoned, I have cancelled and still waiting for refund. Not good enough.

The order was not in stock but I was not informed with a lack of information which followed. After a week of waiting for my delivery I decided to phone for an explanation then informed items out of stock. Had to order from another supplier and my items arrived in under two days! Staples what’s happened with your online service?
