We made an appointment while it was there Lunch time and they was booked for the rest of the day but when we showed them my boyfriends eye problem they squeezed in an appointment under urgent and got him in the same day and got him tooken care of great doctor and staff

Excellent Service
Dr. Was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Great personality. Appreciated the no hard sale. They let me look and was ready to answer any questions when needed. Glasses arrived earlier than expected. Pick up was easy and made adjustments to frames so they fit comfortable.

Lacking
I was told one price over the phone then was informed it would be $20 more and than the call center (of all places) wasn’t informed of an increase in price. That’s absurd. The virtual assistant or whoever on video was impersonal and seemed to be in a hurry, not really invested in whether or not I was sure about each lens’s choice during the exam and seemed to be reading from a script when responding. I don’t feel like I was really given proper care and I’m waiting a few more days to see if my prescription is right and my eyes are just adjusting or if the lack of attention and care provided resulted in a bad exam result. On the other hand, aside from the clinic, those in the eyeglass area were helpful which is why I gave 2 stars and not 1.

They are very unknowledgeable. I was told my insurance does not cover lenses that are in fact covered by insurance. The fro t desk person never checked to find out. I cant get a hold of anyone to fix the lenses because Noone will call back. Very unprofessional . I will not recommend and until resolved I will continue to give poor reviews wherever I can
