Last at front desk could use some customer service training she was rude and hateful on my first visit but the lady in back was wonderful great customer service. My glasses were good could use better selection in frames in my opinion frames are ugly. But I had to get pair other than that it was ok

Customer Service was horrible
The customer service was horrible. The woman I worked with was impatient, arguing with other customers, and not very thorough on pricing or expectations. The only reason I tried Stanton was because of the same day glasses option. Wasn’t told until I had already checked out that no one was available in the lab so I had to wait for them to be shipped. I felt scammed to be honest. Will absolutely never use Stanton again.

Was rude was unapproachable nasty without explaining procedure. Try to put it back on the customer was uninformed.
Left out glasses are too big. I was unable to tell them the sign said one thing did not receive.

Excessive cost and false promises. This place is a joke.
First of all, I have vision insurance but still had to pay out of pocket, which never happened before at any other place that I got safety glasses for work for. Second, the glasses took longer to arrive than told. Third, it took over a half hour just for me to pick up glasses because they couldn't find the side shields. They said that no shield were sent with the glasses. Lastly, I never received a case for the glasses that cost almost $300. So I I have no way to protect the glasses when I'm not wearing them.

Eye Exam
First off, they claim to accept most insurances.It should just say doesn't except state insurance... They had their drawer counted an hour early so I could not pay cash since they didn't accept my state insurand the lady was rude looking for any reason to get me out of there, so they could leave, it seemed like the bar was more important...
