From the moment I walked in, I was immediately assisted, no waiting at all. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. I went to pick up my glasses and manager help me out, seems tha he was in BAAAD mood. no patience at all, I asked about my progresive feature and he stated that is only for reading, I told that was my previous glasses and he stated that is right these glasses were made to see far, I told him I ordered a bifocal and he said try if for a week and i do not like them, to return in a week. very unsatisfied about the help and knowledge of the manager, few minutes later he camo out from his office and left the store with a lunch box. I think he deserves a week of.
