Not enough variety of glasses to choose…
Not enough variety of glasses to choose from & I bought Progressive glasses & they said that my vision will be nearsighted, intermediate & farsighted but I can't really see farsighted so they're like bifocals & not progressive nearsighted & intermediate

The manager of the office was very nice…
The manager of the office was very nice to my mom and I. She spent time with us and answered all of our questions. She made us feel welcomed. My moms new glasses were perfect! It was a wonderful experience.

My prescription was wrong for contacts…
My prescription was wrong for contacts after my first exam, I was re-examined and got a different prescription. Waited for two weeks and no contacts. I called only to find that my order was never placed. Even though staff was apologetic it doesn't help me with my need for the contacts that haven't come in. Going on three weeks and no contacts. On top of that there were no trials that i could even try to make sure this prescription works for me. The employee that helped me told me he would put a rush on my contacts i asked is that like a two day one day time period, he responded that it would be another week. I would hate so see how long it would take without a rush on my contacts after it was the fault of the employee that didnt order them.
Very unsatisfied with this company so far.
