Every single person in that building was so entirely friendly, helpful, nice and entirely honest. This was the first time in my life that I have needed glasses and they have set a pretty high standard for me going forward. I don’t see myself going anywhere else honestly.

no one called me telling me that my contacts arrived and no one was picking up the phone either. it’s been sitting there for 13 days before i went in the office to pick them up.

My experience with Stanton optical was a great experience, I got my prescription and frame there which they gave me a 50% discount off my total even though I did not get my eye examination done there, however after picking up my glasses I was not comfortable with the choice of frame nor my prescription so I brought it back to get some adjustment to my prescription, and after explaining the situation they exchanged the frame for me free of cost and also did the lens adjustment free of cost, now I’m happy with my frame and prescription lens, thanks to Stanton Optical.

Staff member was not attentive, trying to do too many things at a time. I wasn’t even told there would be a reviewer talking to me, the tablet was just put in front of me. One of the pair of glasses does not fit well, he tried to adjust but they still do not fit properly. I will return on another time and try to have them adjusted again.

of the two pair, one had incorrect prescription. I had to wait almost two weeks before this was corrected. Once I received text 2nd pair was ready, it took almost 30 minutes for them to find the glasses. Once found, I had to wait another 10 minutes to speak with optometrist OVER THE PHONE ! Not sure what sort of valid evaluation can occur over the phone !

The Optometrist is there every step of the way! Very accommodating. There were several selections that I could chose from. It was an overall great experience. I ended up with 2 pair of beautiful prescription glasses just shy of $400. Great deal!

I bought three pairs of glasses. Two pairs of glasses for distance one was clear. That one so far is fine. My sunglasses have already fallen apart the lens fell out. My third pair was computer glasses so I could see the computer. They were a backup pair of glasses I already have a pair. I've been back to the store three times now to get it corrected because I couldn't see out of the glasses that were created for me. I still have to go back and see if they corrected it. I've been back to the store about 6 times. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed honestly I just like a refund I'll return all the glasses. I've been to many different optical stores. This one was the closest to me at the moment where I live I figured I'd give it a try. And it's been a horrible experience. They have been nice in the store and have tried to correct it but are not getting it right. I just want glasses that will not fall apart.
