Shouldve seen that one coming....
Not that anything really went wrong but the sales clerk spent a lot of time talking me out of the glasses I wanted bc of price instead of trying to find a way to get the frames as cheap as possible, so I ended up settling for a pair that I really don't think are all that great but for$ 300, I should be extremely happy. I'm a little disappointed and thinking I should've went somewhere else. Then to top it off they advertise same day frames but were out of stock of my lense so I had to wait almost 10 days for my same day frames. The Dr was attentive but brushed off a fact that I thought was very important to my vision health. I'm just not going to recommend to others, I would def shop around before making Stanton my final choice

They decreased my stable contact lens…
They decreased my stable contact lens prescription by 0.5 and 0.75 for my eyes and I’m having so many issues since this. The contacts they prescribed are even worse!

The customer service was terrible
The customer service was terrible. I asked questions and literally had a young lady walk right away from me when I asked her why the same frames for $100 less online than I paid in the Store store she just tells me well there’s different prices online and walked away from me. Nobody asked me if I was comfortable with the way my glasses fit. My glasses were later than I was told they were going to be and basically they just didn’t care. It was horrible and I never go back ever ever ever and I would never recommend anyone else to go there either.
