No fuss optometrist
I appreciate there was not a long waiting period for an appointment they were able to see me the same day. There was a brief new patient appointment form and I was examined within a reasonable amount of time. When I needed a copy of my prescription it was provided without difficulty. I have previously had issues getting my contact prescriptions from other eye doctors as they want you to only order from them And give you a runaround about giving you the prescription. The staff were friendly and informative and they honored discounts for referrals.

Need better notification.
Everything and everyone was great, my only negative was that I never got a notice that my glasses were ready to be picked up. Then I finally received one telling me not to forget to pick them up. That kind of upset me as I had been waiting for the notification that they were ready.

Great service
Great service. The optical specialist came right over to offer any assistance we would need. Answered our questions and fitted us with new glasses. About a week later we went back to pick up our new glasses. Got them fitted and could see better now. Very friendly and helpful staff.
