Went to store for eye exam service good but was very disappointed that they closed all indiana stores before we even got our eye glasses. Will never recommend stanton going forward. Very dishonest this happened and didn't let us know they was closing.

My optometrist reeked of weed at my 9am appointment. My local branch shut down days after my appointment and nobody contacted me to tell me my glasses were now going to be shipped. They also don’t fit because I couldn’t pick them up in person and get them sized to my face.

Waste of my time
Mostly confrontational people (except for one nice lady). Glasses took 5 days longer to arrive and only my sunglasses came in. Wrong prescription. I set up another appt with the eye dr. Day before my appt they emailed me letting me know the location was closed and all the others in the area are closed. Total waste of my time. At least I got my money back. Just don’t do it.

Poor customer service…
I explained all to your team member JoJo. Customer service problem with one employee, that kept pushing me to sign off and glasses before I tried them on. When I said the bridge hurt my nose she said get used to it. When I said I did not like thr glasses she walked off sent someone to give me a refund. I ordered two pairs of glasses. So then I lost the discount for the second pair. So I did not take the second pair either. The employee was a manager. She is pushy and abrupt, uncaring. It was obvious she was upset. I went and looked at other frames and no one offered to help me. The lady that had helped me before said she did not remember me, I was there an hour with her on a very slow day. Your ppl only are nice when they think they are getting that extra commission. It only takes one bad employee to ruin your business. So any way you lost a $1300 sale.

I think the practices they have are deceptive
I think the practices they have are very deceptive. Get you in the door with the promise of 2 pairs of glasses for $79, with the eye exam included. Wife and I went in to take advantage of this deal. Her grand total was over $400 and mine were over $600. Keeping in mind that this is under their 2 for $79 deal. With insurance one set of glasses for her would be $86 and for me $245. I asked why and was given some excuse about how progressive lenses weren’t allowed as part of the promotion but none of their adverts said anything. I needed glasses so ended up wasting my insurance on this visit. The glasses are okay but for $200 thought I would get more.
