I was mad for my glasses that are lost…
I was mad for my glasses that are lost and delayed but I got a call from Abby and she explained what happened and understandable what the situation so I let it fly and wait and got me a good deal for another pair and recommended coming back again and all the worker are super friendly and very helpful I give them 5 stars 😁

Store manager Abigail shouldn't get so…
Store manager Abigail shouldn't get so defensive about a question when they failed to take measurement of my pupils to these new lenses. She tried to say that they didn't have to as they had record of first visit which was about 3 to 4 years ago. Even my doctors office where I get my exam done always does a measurement of new lenses regardless if I have been there a million times. Her worse was when I asked her for her name as I approached her since her other collogues had my glasses she snatched her name tag off so I wouldn't see it and wouldn't tell me her name. When I raised my phone as like I took of picture of her she stomped away as a child would to the back. All she needed to do was give me her name so that I can do a complain on her as it was evident that she wasn't going to be any help. For being the representation for this facility she really left a bad image for the store, we all make mistakes she could have just admitted to it versus getting defensive about it, horrible way to handle the situation mind you everyone that goes there pays for the service nothing is given for free.
