I think their doing a good job I was treated well. I was helped and not ignore.

The customer service was awesome and friendly.

My glasses weren’t done the same day. It took 4 days for completion. I had to call because they didn’t tell me via text as stated. Upon arrival, the prescription was incorrect. This took another week to get this changed. Again, no call, no text. I had to call to see if they were done. I had to have two exams. Both different. The tech doing the initial exam prior to the optometrist was stoic with no personality. In my opinion, I’d never return. I hope my regular optometrist doesn’t discover problems because of this.

That poor girl needs help… but she was still very pleasant!!

I was having a nightmare of a problem with a previous optical department. I came into Stanton because I needed to get some glasses pronto, because my frames were breaking. Christopher helped me out tremendously by showing me what glasses frames were at my budget level and how long it would take. My glasses came in three days earlier than expected and I'm excited that I can see again.

I had a damaged pair of glasses replaced ... you would think if I wanted them replaced they would of been replaced with the same pair I brought in ... not a different color .. when the lady handed me the glasses I asked if I could get them in the same color I had them in because this color is not the ones I wanted.. she very rudely said no then turned to another customer and started helping them... didnt offer me any options or advice or try to solve my problem .

Order was returned to sender 2x for the wrong address but you have the correct address on file , terrible customer service from your call center and rude as well

I had cataract surgery and needed ne glasse lenses. The used an old frame that was very comfortable. The prescription was issued by the surgeon. It was expensive but we'll worth it.

The customer service here is great. The only complaint I had was the evening sun beaming in through the window, get the people that work here a window tint or something please. They don’t deserve to be staring into the sun while helping customers.

I had a great experience from the start. From the time I called to schedule my appointment as a cash pay patient. Once at the office, I was greeted as I walked through the door. Once in the back, the two healthcare professionals in the back explained every stop of my appointment. The young lady who completed my eye exam was very thorough with my exam, explained every step and was highly knowledgeable when I asked questions! I will be recommending this office to my family and friends!

Great and fast service

The ladies working there were very nice and helpful. Made you feel very comfortable while testing you and explained everything very well. It was a good visit. We got our eye exams and 2 pair of glasses for a great price and the glasses were pretty nice. My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at Stanton Optical.

We had such a great experience at Stanton’s! The sales associate who helped us was incredibly courteous, helpful, and truly knowledgeable. He made the entire appointment feel comfortable and down to earth, which we really appreciated.
He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and we ended up getting everything we wanted and needed. It never felt rushed or pressured, just genuine and professional service from start to finish.
Highly recommend asking for his help if you stop by!

The exam was good and seems to be okay but getting my prescription glasses has taken way too long. We are 4-5 days away from it being a month long wait.
At this point I would recommend making an appointment with a regular optometrist and not using the walk in locations.
