Never saw an optometrist.
Never saw an optometrist through my entire visit, just two techs. I don't think my long distance prescription was dead on but it was okay. No one offered to adjust the fit or check them when I picked them up. I would say the visit is just okay. Not sure I will use them again.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I loved my first experience and when I went to pick up my glasses I was slightly disappointed because it was so busy and not enough people. They was definitely understaffed for the day. But even so they handled it with a smile and quickly helped each person. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I just hope when I have to pick up my second pair my experience will still be as good.

Staff had no clue of what they were doing. Staff couldn’t tell me what the machines did. I have dry eyes and the machine said my eyes were not dry. She couldn’t tell me what my vision was, ex: 20/20, 20/30. I had to asked about which glasses I needed to look at. When I asked about measuring my glasses to fit my face for a proper fit they said yes, we can do that, but they didn’t. They didn’t have much of a selection to choose from. I got what I came for but for a real exam and nice glasses, go somewhere else.
