From the very beginning
From the very beginning, no one was really friendly and could not answer my question at all, there was only one person that seem to know what she was doing. Wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for glasses and contacts with insurance. The whole experience with them was not pleasant, and we will not be returning

The Stanton optical in Lubbock was horrible not helpful . Would never recommend them to anybody .
The Hobbs office did all they could to help me . Thank goodness for them . They were very helpful and patient and knowledgeable.

“glasses & contacts”
only reason i’m leaving 2 stars is because of the staff! all the ladies are so nice.
went in for new glasses AND CONTACTS.
over $600 later… & i only got glasses!!
i go online to check my order & it’s ready for pickup. i never got any notification, i had to check.
i go in & they only gave me a TRAIL pair of contacts. i asked for glasses AND contacts. i wouldn’t have spent $600+ if i had known i wasn’t getting contacts. none of that was communicated during the EXAMS. had an exam for contacts, fitted & had to put them in, left with a pair & was told i could pick up everything in about a week. over a week later & only got glasses.

First time was a long wait and could…
First time was a long wait and could not get help, so I left. Second time was for an early appt and did get seen, tested, etc., but I gave my insurance to the clerk, but she forgot to apply it before I paid. Still waiting on the $100 refund. Glasses were not quite my actual eyesight, but I can use them for work, and that’s fine.
