Huge Rip-off.

The Opticical tech was kind and helpful, but the pricing is outrageous AND with the lack of an in-person Optician (everything is zoom/internet) you would think that savings on lenses and frames would be offered. I actually had to follow up with another optician because I was having problems with the new glasses. Turns out, I have Graves eye disease which they told me would have been caught if there had been an in-person optician to review and diagnose. Stanton Optical is a rip-off. Next time I will go somewhere that you don't have to take out a loan to finance your glasses and can be given a thorough eye exam.

They put the wrong prescription on my…

They put the wrong prescription on my glasses. So i took the glasses back with the right prescription in hand. They agreed the prescription was wrong. So I was told it would be 2 weeks or Apr 22(which is today) for my glasses with the correct prescription to be ready. They are not ready and I don't know when they will be. I was told they were delayed because of tariffs which didnt make any sense. I want my money back.

One time. On time

My experience was great because I called two other eye companies that could not service me, one was of the time and the other was me being a new customer they wasn't able to take me but when I called Stanton Optical they gave me an appointment had me to come in no wait time. But on time getting my glasses back.

Never go there!!!

My prescription was wrong! Very wrong!! They were wrong so much that I couldn’t see out of my 2 pair of glasses and contacts at all. They had to reorder them after my initial appointment and having to go back to have a second visions test. I could not believe it. I’ll be going back to my cousin that is an optometrist. I just went there because it was close to my home.
Huge employee turnover. Now I have pressure points on both of my glasses Again! I think I should be refunded every penny I spent. The glasses are so cheap! I guess that’s why you have sales like you do. My glasses still do not fit me like they should. I don’t even want to go back there to have them adjusted. I need to hear back from someone in the corporate office please. Hopefully, you can do that at least!

I had great service with patience

I had great service with patience. The staff was very knowledgeable. My prescriptions are exactly what I needed. The cost was affordable. I will definitely return in the future.

I received my glasses Friday evening

I received my glasses Friday evening. So still trying to adjust to the progressive lenses. I will know more today after working with them on. So far, not so happy with them.

I am on my 5th pair of new glasses.

I am on my 5th pair of new glasses.
The employees did not seem to know how to measure the correct lens position.
I dealt with a gentleman Nunu, who was very knowledgeable about how to get correct setup. Then he stated I had to go back to my eye doctor and get the correct setup from them.
We will see what happens on this pair.
This has been ongoing since December 17, 2025 and I still do not have my pair of $1000.00 new glasses.
I would not recommend your company to anyone.
