Merle did an excellent job, from explaining cost up front, exam, choosing frames. I broke my frames just days before having a hip replacement. Got an appointment 45 minutes after I called. Merle even offered to have glasses sent to my home since I wouldn't be able to drive post surgery. Glasses were delivered with no issues at all.

The staff gave me undevided attention from eye exam through frame selection; they explained everything in detail so that I fully understood the process and the cost of new glasses.

They need more help and the equipment was not working properly at this site

This was the best eye exam experience I've ever had. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond, offering practical advice for the ongoing eye irritation I’ve been struggling with that I thought was from my contacts. For the first time, I felt genuinely cared for, as no other eye clinic has ever taken the time to actually address my concerns. Highly recommend!

Good service and good and helpful staff who heled

After the absolute lack of knowledge and customer service received the last time I went to Visionworks, I decided to give Stanton Optical a try. I was treated exceptionally well. They are considered out of network under my VSP, but they took the time to get all the out of network forms filled out, do the eye exam, and were very patient with me while helping me find frames. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood their explanations. And even being out of network, everything ended up costing less than my previous visit to the preferred in-network company. I will return next time I need glasses and would definitely recommend, especially to those who are tired of being treated like a burden rather than a patient by VisionWorks.

My experience was great and the staff was very helpful. They gave me exam and got my prescription ready and even helped me try and choose some glasses that I got for the first time. Just picked up my second set of glasses. Again the whole experience was a pleasure. The technicians were so accommodating, and having the second pair 60% off the savings were incredible. All I have to say is give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
