The Team Members were very helpful
The Team Members were very helpful. The lady that gave me the exam was wonderful and answered my questions. I am still not sure if I like how the lenses turned out. When I put both my regular and sunglasses on, there is an adjustment period each time. I haven't had time to stop back in to ask about that. Hopefully in the next couple of days I will.

bad customer service
i was greeted by a gentleman in a Stanton optical who said he cant help, he's a trainee. "someone will be with you shortly." half an hour waiting, no one even checked with me. A new customer comes in, he's taken care of right away as I'm still sitting a waiting. Customer service is lacking.

Great experience overall
Great experience overall! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The exam went smoothly and everything was explained clearly.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time for my glasses. I was told 7–14 days, and they ended up arriving on day 13. While that’s still within the timeframe, it felt a bit on the longer side.
That said, I’m very happy with my glasses and would definitely recommend them!

They were so attentive to my son
They were so attentive to my son. So nice and caring. There is no words that I can say for their professionalism. I was very happy to drive the 45 minutes to this office. I will not go any where else for my family’s glasses and eye examines.
