Very efficient, helpful and friendly customer interaction at the showroom.
However, it took a MONTH to get my reading glasses!! Not the same day service as advertised.
I like that the hours accommodated my work schedule and that they were open on Sunday. The service was efficient, the staff very helpful and friendly and there was a great selection of affordable frames.
The whole process is simple and can be done on a time and day that fits my busy schedule.
Easy appointment, efficiency and professionalism of the staff
The add for 2 pairs for $79.00 was false because there were not any good frames and everything total cost me $861.00. They told me my glasses were ready for pickup and they were not there when I went. Definitely not going there again.
I enjoy returning to Stanton Optical at the Ridge in Elk Grove because of the consistent excellent customer service, eye exam technology, hundreds of frame options, and quick turn around.

I had to return 4 times to pick up my glasses. The computer glasses were done wrong clearly the wrong prescription and I could not see out of them. I was told to take them home and wear them, I declined and said they need to be redone. My other two pairs were not ready at all. Was called again to pick up glasses, and the two were back and computer glasses still not corrected. Came back and explained that the vision in one pair of my bifocals was still not correct. The tech a young female this time greeted me with my computer glasses in hand and said, "you never came to pick up your glasses." I looked at her and said I most certainly did and this is the 4th time coming into pick them up because things have been wrong. The head manager has been on site every single time I have been there and has never stepped in to assure accuracy or to provide customer service. I am extremely disappointed. I am a long time customer, my kids, my Mom, and I. I have had issues in the past and never complained, but this was a myriad of disasters in customer service and product management. Thank God for Armando for fixing the computer glasses and the secind pair of bifocals!!!
The staff was great and the process was fabulous. My glasses were picked up, and I did try them to see if I could read and I could, but when I got back to work, I couldn't read anything on the computer, etc... just what was right in front of my face, so I have to return the glasses and have the prescription changed. I did tell the assistant that I use them for reading and I'm on the computer all day. Also, you advertise $79 but I had to pay $179 to get lens' that were scratch resistant. I think you should automatically include these in the price and advertise the difference so people know.
