The last time I was there for Christopher first pair of glasses I was given the wrong prescription on the glasses which now caused his eyes to be worst. I think it’s the most unprofessional thing a company can do. I told the sales person, although she is a lovely person and great customer service. A grave mistake has taken place and I paid full price for 2 more glasses due to the negligence of whomever in the shop. I don’t know if it was her fault because I gave the prescription from the Opthalmologist. I assume the mistake was from the back office but I don’t know. Because when I told her she didn’t say anything about it nor did she call a manager. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I left without pushing the issue but you’ve seen The last of me. I will never refer anyone to this office. This was a terrible negligence done to my 5yo son. I blame the shop at Douglasville to cause excess damage to my son’s eyes. I will make sure everyone I know knows what happened to us. Something or anything should have been done for us for this horrible negligence.

I found Stanton Optical on Google while looking for glasses. My sister and I had appointments after I called and verified the specials listed online. I watch in the store and an associate was rude without asking my name. The eye exam takes place through zoom. I did not receive the correct prescription and could not get the special $199 due to mass prescription. My sister received two pair of glasses for $139. The frames are made of cheap plastic. One pair she cannot wear because she has progressive lens and the frames are too small. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had the best experience, the location, rhe staff, the turnaround time on my frames. Excellent.
They were being real nice and helpful the day of my exam. No one called when my glasses were ready no one told me my contacts were ready when I picked my glasses up. When I left the store not a word about how I get more contacts. That’s initial visit gave my false hope that this company would better than the others. So be careful and lower your expectations. I am beyond disappointed.

Once my glasses were ready, I was surprised that I did not get notified and it seems that two pair of glasses were in my order instead of one. However, immediately it was addressed.
