The communication from the store was truly not good. The technician who actually did my eye exam was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I believe her name was Destiny. She is the only reason I would come back personally, because the two people handling the rest of the process were very uncoordinated and not very friendly. The process was easy enough the first day, and I was told it would only be about 45 minutes to get my 2 pairs of glasses if they had them in stock, and that I would receive a phone call. Two hours later, I had received no call, so I reached out and was told one of the pairs was going to be shipped overnight and they would be done on Wednesday. When Wednesday rolled around, I called again to check on the status, and was told they didn’t arrive but they should be done on Thursday. I decided to just go in on Thursday, and was still told only one pair was ready, so I picked that pair up. I got a text on Friday saying my order was ready, still never received a phone call, but I went in today (Monday) and picked up my second pair. The man whose name I never got didn’t even realize my pair was ready, which makes sense because I never got a phone call. Overall, Destiny was the only highlight of my experience.

I was out of town from Colorado in Davenport and lost my glasses. I received my prescription from my optometrist in Colorado, and Stanton said they would help. After some mailing instruction confusion, I received my glasses yesterday, and I could not be happier. I would order glasses from Stanton again--I would not have them mailed to me, though!

There is no doctor on site, and I thought the doctor would be doing a "virtual visit". No, you do all the tests with the employee, and then the doctor logs on and reviews the tests. Hmmm?
I don't mean to pick on the staff, but not very professional. Computers and testing machines had technical issues, which I had to repeatedly hear about. Were the chin rests and the forehead rests wiped off before I sat down? The young lady that helped me was very nice, and I think she was trying her best, but there were technical issues, and it seems understaffed. When checking out, they had to look up my insurance in a book, and then kept saying in a sarcastic tone, "oh, we love Avesis". Um, okay...that's my insurance. Why are you saying that?
I know it's a new place, but I can't imagine it will stay open very long. Not a professional experience at all. I would recommend going to another provider. I am making another appointment with an eye doctor, and getting a new exam.

I felt like I was scammed. No one explained the pricing. I used insurance, but I ended up paying about $150 more than if I I didn’t use insurance, plus I only got one pair of glasses. The test machines were too low and I couldn’t put my chin on the chin rests.

When checking out glasses, the lady was trying to convince me to pick a more expensive “deal.”

There was a huge delay in me getting my glasses and wasn't given enough of a reason or any information until way after they were suppose to be available. The 2nd time I went in to follow-up, the employee got all my info up on the computer and then walked away and leftcmr hanging for 10 or 15 minutes with no explanation and I felt ignored and invisible. There was a lack of communication. Other than that, the product turned out great, the manager was fantastic, and I appreciated the refund due to everything else that occurred. I advise the team work on the communication between each other, between this location and Headquarters, and between the staff and customers. Also, get the bathrooms fixed. They were both out of order everytime I went in to follow up.

I liked how they welcomed me on my first time visit. Eye Exam. I wasn't pleased with the second time I went there to pick up my Glasses. They seemed busy and no time for me. They didn't adjust my glasses. And gave me a wrong pair of glasses. They were not Anti Glared. Which they should have been. And I could not even see out of them. The Black Pair. So I would like a different "Correct" pair.

The in-store assistant was polite and she caught an error by the Dr where he inverted my contact lens prescription for right/left eye compared to my spectacle prescription
My prescription that is in my account is the incorrect one, so it is useless and confusing for future visits

NOT ALL SUNGLASSES NEED NOR SHOULD BE POLARIZED. Some us, photographers and pilots, for example need to read LCD screens at odd angles under conditions that sunglasses are a benefit. Last year I was able to buy a tinted pair of glasses tinted dark enough to be useful as sun glasses but still multi-angle usable with LCD screens. Can't do that this year as they were tinted so lightly that I can drive at night with them.

Not happy. This is the second pair of glasses that I have to close one eye to see. I will probably go somewhere else next time. The sales personal are very nice and accommodating.
