Leo was great, he listened to all of my questions and patiently did everything necessary to get my new glasses ordered. Even stayed past official closing time to make sure everything was taken care of with my order. Ana was very helpful with adjusting my frame arms once my glasses came in. I'm very happy with the great bargain I received on the 2 pairs of progressives!

My first appointment took over 2 hours because of technical difficulties. My second appointment took over 45 minutes to see a doctor in person because he was late coming back from lunch. Then the exam was only 5 minutes. Basically my time is not respected at all by this location.

Not a place where customer service matters…
When i first spoke with leo the front desk assistant, i felt like i was bothering him. He kept sending me to the back when i had questions. The second tome i returned bc i was given the wrong prescription contacts again i was made to feel like my questions were a joke. Horrible customer service

Horrendous service
Horrendous service! Spent over $1000 on 2 pair of glasses that were ordered on 3/30/2026. I still have not received the second pair despite numerous calls to the store and promises of people calling me back. Order #: 142165664 online show ready for pickup but no-one can find the order. Truly dissapointed and have given the team many opportunities to fix the issue and they have not satisfied my order which on 5/17/26 in still unfulfilled. It has been 48 days since I ordered and still do not have my glasses.
