Had to get retested
Had to get retested, was told I could get my new lenses the same day before booking the appointment. Then they said it would be 1-2 days. Then they said it would be another 2 days. When I called to see if I could pick up the glasses they said yes. Upon reaching the store they said it would be another 7-14 business days. When I said I want my money back they magically could give me them in 30 minutes. The only good experience I had was with the tech who helped out with the exam. The optometrist rushed me through the exam, and the sales staff clearly care about commission but not helping customers. Worst experience I have ever had relating to glasses. I will actively make sure that everyone I know with glasses goes elsewhere. I tried to call corporate but there is no way to get directly in contact with them. I would give negative stars if I could.

Not recommended...
First my glasses came in and I told the man they weren't right that I could see better without them. He told me to try them for a week and see if I get adjusted to them
I did not and took them back and they gave me a new exam and different presentation. A week later I got the new pair and the distance was ok but the the bifocal is set to low so I have to raise my glasses to read anything
I will not be back or recommend stanton . $400 and I still need readers....

I will never come back
I will never come back. Terrible customer service. Took incredibly long to assist. Told me my glasses were ready. I got there and my glasses were not ready. When I finally received my glasses the frames were bent. The whole order was wrong. The prescription was not accurate. Could refund but still had to pay for the eye test. HUGE waste of time.

Believing my prescription was outdated
Believing my prescription was outdated, I visited Stanton for prompt service to get new glasses. However, I discovered that my prescription was incorrect and too strong. Despite this, my glasses were ready quickly, and the staff was excellent throughout the process.
