I went to get some reading glasses and I was sold a pair of bifocals or progressive glasses that I didn’t want or need. I see perfectly well. Excellent customer service. I made my appointment and when I arrived to the store, I was attended quickly and I didn't have to wait. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. I was given one of the kind experience
I was given assistance as if I was the only customer in the store. Associate Hitzary showed some wonderful manners and professionalism. She was attentive to my personal preferences and to my individual needs; I also saw how she reviewed my records, which made her more efficient and effective; plus, she educated me on my financial options.
At the end, I got what I wanted economically. It was due to Hitzary, for she was ahead of the game. She is certainly is one of the kind.
The whole Stanton experience was wonderful, expect me back.

The inconvenience of not verifying insurance ahead of appointment even when I called weeks before to confirm my insurance was accepted. Availability of customer service that spoke English was not provided, never got to speak to an actual optometrist. Prices were very high and not explained. Charged me for a year of contacts when I asked for 6months supply
