It's the same day service so I went in there expecting to get my glasses the same day I wasn't told otherwise until after I'd already picked out my glasses and paid for them,was told that they would be there in 3 weeks. I called later that evening to ask why. they said that the machine was down and I said well don't you think you should have told me that to begin with and she said well most people don't care. I thought that was a strange reply.
I called greenwood to see if they could help me they offered to call the Avon store and to get my prescription transferred over there free of charge and I went and picked them up when I went to pick them up nobody offered to fit my glasses they just handed them to me didn't ask me if I wanted to try him on didn't ask a damn thing. A week later my other glasses came in from the Avon store they even called me yesterday to tell me that they were in they call me all the time and I've told them that I've already gotten them Oh just ignore the phone calls then. Is what they would say when I called to tell them that I already picked them up. I did not have a very good experience. But I am grateful that I have glasses I can see.

The selection of glasses was better than anyone else's. Everyone was professional and kind.

The staff that was at this location was very attentive and helpful. He made certain that all of my needs were met.

As soon as I entered the front door I was treated like my business mattered to them. I have never before seen such top notch customer service. I got in and out in an hour with my new glasses that I absolutely love!! They have gained a customer for life. Most friendly staff in the business!!

Your employees were rude the doctor her self was rude and clearly needed to attend classes because there are newer ways of testing and the machines were old
She was not very polite selection was terrible

The low pricing was a major difference in my choice with eyeglasses. The doctors were kind and very understanding. My glasses came very fast, I only waited maybe a week after my appointment. Will definitely being coming back.

Well, the advertisement is false. I didn’t get the glasses the same day as advertisement says I didn’t even see a doctor. It was over a video visit it seems like it’s just tacky money to everything and it’s completely false advertisement. It’s not two pairs for $79 is false advertisement and instead of helping you save money it feels like it was just pushed because of healthcare you’re supposed to be wanting to help people not push different things on people. That’s the overall company now as far as a person that helps me out was very friendly, but I recommend you change your advertisement and be more precise on what the actual deal is because it’s completely false advertisement and especially when my glasses weren’t gonna be done at the same today I was given no deal on that either because of the locations inconvenience

Great staff, great experience. One of my lenses was off just a little bit, at first, but they fixed it! Two weeks later the doctor came in checked and rechecked my prescription. They remade my glasses. They had them ready within a couple days. I couldn't be happier the frames! Awesome! The staff was awesome. The service was amazing!

The staff was friendly but once I got my glasses, I hate them. Makes me dizzy. Went back, staffer checked said they were right prescriptions just give them time. I've tried. Still makes me dizzy. Won't wear them. Wasted big money on something I can't wear.

great easy to understand dr, jojo made feel like I was #1, female mgr knew all options, and was well versed in all aspects of job to create a professional atmosphere.

My eyes is perfect m just going to there for check up they suggested me glasses and aye drops . After one week use of this glasses and drops I m in too much pain in my eyes my fore head and even I m struggling to open my eyes continuously.. pls don’t go there I have to much pain in my eyes continuously .. I m not able to go to clinic today bt next week if my eyes r same in pain ill go to clinic.
