No doctor on staff
I was given an eye exam and a prescription for glasses. I ordered 2 pairs for a total of $1300. I picked up my new glasses and I couldn’t see correctly with them. So they had me wait for an hour and a half for another eye exam and they said that they couldn’t get my vision to 20/20. They said that they never were able to get my vision to 20/20.
So why would you give me a prescription for glasses that I would never be able to see with???? Then the manager said that she could get me to 20/20. Why do you have people unqualified to do eye exams?
I do not recommend this place.

The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. Once my glasses came in I decided I didn’t like the quality of them and how they looked on me. I’m going to be returning the glasses.

Complicated exam worked out great
Because of my cataract surgery some years ago, they weren't able to complete my eye exam, but they did not charge me for what they did do and sent me to someone who could do a complete exam for me. It turned out that the other provider doesn't carry the frames I wanted, so I came back to get the glasses here, and the woman who assisted me caught an error in the prescription for my bifocals that would have made the glasses useless (correction of "+2.5" when it should have been "-2.5" - probably a typographical error).
Friendly, fair, and knowledgeable - can't ask for much more than that.

huge bait and switch
I feel like it was a huge bait and switch. Two pair plus eye exam for $79 turned into $721. If I walked away I still would have to pay for the exam. It's a big scam.

I can see better than I could a month…
I can see better than I could a month ago. I thought that if I gave it time I wouldnt get so swimmy headed when I take my glasses off. I know I have night blindness but my glasses dont help at night like the ones I use to have from Stanton originally. I am happy I can see though. It is making school a bunch easier!

Completely dissatisfied …
The eye exam some of the equipment wasn’t working properly. I’m not happy with the eyeglasses that I got and when I went in to explain to them what was going on they told me that I would have to learn to turn my head because the cone of vision is narrow in that lens and I would have to buy different lenses if I wanted that changed and I’m not spending any more money with company.

These people are very caring because they go beyond what a person needs
These people are very caring, kind and I remember about 4 years ago. There was a doctor that worked there who paid for my contact lenses and my eye test and because I'm still battling cancer and having a hard time and the man on the Telecom was very very nice and understanding to give me the same prescription and the people there so kind and they help you so much. This place is the only place I will go to get my I needs. My contacts are glasses. They are the best place to go. I recommend anybody to go there. The prices are great. People are wonderful and caring but that doctor 4 years ago went out of his way to pay for my bill and that brought me back and this time they were caring also and the bill was not very expensive. This time I was able to get a loan so I could get my contacts because they don't have doctors there anymore. It's to the virtual Telecom screen which is nice and he was very polite and nice also and I love all the nurses all the staff. They're all very kind
