I never even had to even ask a question because she told me everything that she was gonna do prior to doing it on the exam and then choosing my lenses was another great experience there was so many to select from and the prices were amazing not like some other places have been in the past for me.

This location maybe thought of being in a bad part of town, this store was clean, easy to find and parking was nice. The staff was amazing best I've ever been, if they were out of stock they accommodated me without charging me on arm and a leg. The service overall, just the best. I literally have nothing to say about this entire location/staff.

Two pairs of glasses for $79 is your promotion, yet no prices were on any of the glasses and I ended up paying more than 5X that amount. Your video eye test was rushed and inaccurate. I had to come back 5 times for what should have taken 2. Will not come back nor recommend to anyone else.

They kept giving me the run around for…
They kept giving me the run around for a week I went and ordered my glasses the 5th and got them the 19th. And on top of that the glasses were poorly put together would not recommend this location and will no longer be going back.

I waited two weeks to receive my glasses because i was told I would receive a text message that my glasses arrived and I never did… I had to call myself and check my own order status to actually find out it had been ready for many days. :(

My insurance didn't cover the diagnostic test; they offered it to me while I was sitting there for my eye exam. There was no clinical reason to perform it, yet my wife and I each spent $80 on something unnecessary—something that simply boosted their sales. When the exam ended, they just handed me a sheet of results without anyone there to explain them—except for the sales manager, who lacks the qualifications of a healthcare provider to offer an explanation; his only focus is selling. They want to sell you as much as possible, pushing beyond what your insurance covers. I do not recommend this place; their professional ethics are poor, and they view patients merely as customers for selling their products and services.

Understaffed and overcharged
The office was understaffed (not the people who were working's fault), but having the salesperson do the diagnostic exam was less than desirable. I also paid an extra $60 for an appointment with an actual doctor that has not been set. So, out of money, my eye issue has not been addressed but someone who sales frames took a look at it.
