Office staff was rude
Sales and installation guys were great. Administrative staff were horrible. Sales guy agreed with me to provide doctor certificate in Sep, but the office says I must give at the time of installation and threatens to uninstall. Tone was rude, unprofessional and threatening. No coordination between sales and office staff, the person i spoke made me feel small and belittled me.

The whole experience was outstanding, from my first phone call to the install. To begin, the salesman (Tony) was fun, professional and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood the features of the model we had chosen. The installers were professional, informative and accommodating.

Loved Eugene, he was friendly, honest and answered all my questions. Leo who installed the lift was great. He did a really good job in the install. My nephew has mastered the transfers from his wheelchair to the lift chair and we love the 5 point harness.

Kevin and Max arrived to conduct a routine check on our stairlift. They were professional, efficient, courteous and kind. They did some minor adjustments and answered our few questions.

I would highly recommend Stannah
This was the second chair lift installation in our home and everything went well and glad the installation date was spot on because my mom was coming home from a rehab facility and we needed the chair lift to be installed by a certain date. After the install, a minor adjustment had to be made and the installer returned to our home in a reasonable amount of time.
