Great suspension

Great suspension, works amazing 2 weeks now is on my car I'm very pleased, very good costumer service, they respond in few hours when i had an issue which was resolved. the only reason i put 4 stars is the anti roll drop links bars which i had to replace because the threading was damaged by the secure nut.

When you have a complaint
They try to blame the buyer of damaging the shocks by clamping them
If you do the shocks properly
You don't need to clamp
Being arguing the case
They will not take liability for the shocks failing
Will be updated or redacted depending on outcome
Will never use this company again

Unfortunately, no order details have been provided within the review, and we have been unable to locate a corresponding case from the information available.

When dealing with leaking shock absorbers, the first step in any warranty assessment is to determine whether there is damage to the piston rods. Marks caused by clamping during installation are a common fitting error and can invalidate a manufacturer warranty, which is why this question is raised at the start of the diagnostic process.

If no installation damage is present, we proceed with the manufacturer’s warranty claim and assist the customer through the required process.

We do not seek to attribute fault — we simply follow the standard inspection procedure required by the manufacturer before a warranty decision can be made.

Fantastic company.

I've purchased from Matt and everyone at Stanced UK for years, my most recent investment being an Airlift Performance kit.

Always willing to help, always willing to go the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I can honestly say, I'd not have to think twice about purchasing anything else from them, or even asking their personal advice about my car.
