If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely useless company as well as their customer service. I bought a necklace as a gift for Valentine’s Day on the 8th of February and even paid for next day delivery which was an extra £5 and it’s now two days before Valentine’s Day and my parcel has yet to arrive. I am so disappointed and I should’ve read the reviews about this scamming company before I purchased. I even tried emailing multiple times and have not back from them yet. I would like a full refund for the inconvenience including the extra delivery charge that I paid for. Will never be shopping from here again and I will make sure to post about this company and their customer service on social media if I do not get my hard earned money back!

At first I ordered in gold color and I got an ugly rose necklace, besides the quality of the chain is really very bad. does not shine at all and is a Chinese product of poor quality. the pendant is smaller and the shape is different from the photo on the website.
Customer service it’s a joke, I have sent 9 emails with photos explaining the situation and asking for a refund but apparently customer service doesn’t get to understand my claim.
They are answering emails in a way that makes no sense, I think they are trying to make me lose my time and drop the case. Finally they proposed to send a replacement which I got 2 weeks later, this time the pendant is gold but the chain is the same poor quality rose/orange gold color
Really bad experience, you dont want to order stanbarry!
