I cannot say enough about the customer support specialists! I had a team of 3 or 4 individuals helping me non stop for almost 24 hours to get my account and profile set to what I needed it to be, after creating a mess on my end. They are patient, personal and down to earth. I am so excited to continue utilizing this platform!

It was a little cumbersome to do some of what I wanted, but the support staff, like Eline and Charlie, were wonderful! They addressed my issue expeditiously. I'm looking forward to creating more courses and programs in stan.store.

I originally chose Stan Store because it presents itself as a platform built to support small creators. I genuinely wanted it to be a long-term home for my business. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite when it mattered most.
In October 2025, there was a serious issue that resulted in a large number of people, including my warm leads, getting access to my signature paid course without going through the normal purchase process. This wasn’t one of many products, it was my main offer and the core part of my business. Around that same time, there had been a message on the backend about updates or improvements, which I had not seen before. Seven months later the only explanation I have received from Stan store is: “We are not able to substantiate that a platform error was responsible for the access issue you experienced.”
This happened right before my big annual launch, which is a critical time in my business. The impact was immediate and overwhelming. There was no phone number to call for support, and it took all day for access to be revoked. I was never provided clarity on how many people accessed the course.
It directly affected my income and created a wave of confusion with my audience. I had people reaching out thinking they had purchased something, others unsure what was happening, and some even believing they had been awarded a scholarship. I was left managing all of it on my own.
What people don’t see is the behind-the-scenes cost. I spent hours responding to emails, working to rebuild trust with my audience, and trying to navigate a situation that was stressful, disorienting, and exhausting.
I reached out to Stan multiple times for clarity, answers, and support. I also escalated the situation through legal counsel because of how serious it was. While I did receive responses, they were vague, and I never received a clear explanation of what caused the issue or a resolution that reflected the scale of the impact on my business.
This experience took a significant toll on me and ultimately led me to close my membership and step away from selling courses.
That was the hardest part. Not just that something went wrong, but that I wasn't supported in resolving it.
As creators, we’re trusting a platform with our income, our audience relationships, and our reputation. When something breaks at that level, you need transparency and real support.
That wasn’t my experience here.
I’m sharing this so other creators can understand what can happen and how it may be handled, not just when things are working, but when they aren’t.
Unless Stan Store takes meaningful steps to address what happened, I won’t feel comfortable recommending it to other creators.

I got locked out of my account and my passwords weren’t working even after I reset them. I contacted Stan through email, and their representative, Rebecca, got back to me right away. She sent me an email to reset everything, but it didn’t work for me. I sent her another email with more detail. She changed something and sent me another reset page… and this time it worked! I was able to get into my store and also grab the affiliate link I was trying to get to. I am not tech savvy at all, and I appreciate the time she took to make sure my account got straightened out.

Honestly my experience was absolutely amazing! It is the first time that I've ever had representatives assist me with such a high level of care and consideration in order to resolve my issue. The response times were extraordinary to the point that they even reached out during the weekend to keep me informed on the status of my concern. I would recommend this company to anyone that I come across because they conduct their business with such appreciation and truly focus on the needs of their clients. Absolutely amazing team!!

I was having complications with downloading a template for my store, and I was super eager to get it up and running. I emailed Stan Store and they replied within minutes of my questions with answers! I even emailed them around 9pm at night thinking I wouldn’t get a reply at that hour (normal) but they emailed me right back and I was able to get my store up and running smoothly! The absolute best customer service experience I’ve had in such a long time, it’s such piece of mind knowing if I need anything l, they are there with real solutions. Thank you!!

Stan is easy to use and you can put up a shop fast because of the already made templates. The only downside is the price of pro, it´s a bit expensive with 99 $ a month and without it you can´t have email flows. All and all good but a bit expensive.

I had a complex and technical issue on my end I was having difficulty resolving. I was connected with Charlie from Stan Store who was phenomenal-he didn't have the answer immediately but responded right away and was able to get the solution for me in a timely fashion.
Would recommend Charlie and Stan Store customer service in the future!
