Live support pop up message has Disappeared

Hello Stake Team,
I am giving 3 stars because,
I am currently unable to contact Live Support through the website/app. The "Send us a message" option has disappeared from the Live Support section, preventing me from starting a conversation with your support team.
I have tried accessing the site multiple times, but the issue persists. Could you please check if there is any problem with my account or advise me on how I can contact support?
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
