Such a shame. MMS need to separate their brand from stagex

Such a shame, terrible customer service on the stagex side which is sad because the tool side are normally great. They should really split the branding as MMS will get a bad name for themselves.

Thinking of moving more of my work to their platform in place of winols, it was my first real time using their coin system for AI solutions. Their UI is so deceiving buying AI solutions which has cost me best part of €200 for a genuine mistake due to their poor UI.

Rather than seeing it was a genuine mistake and refunding the coins, not the actual money so no loss to them, they respond with patronising comments and wish me fair well.

My advice, stick with winols and smaller providers for map packs and solutions where needed and keep those smaller businesses going.

These companies get too big and loose their customer care. Such a shame, they will never be a replacement for winols with their attitude.

Edit: I just read the review from the other user, exactly the same experience. I'm sure there's many more out there that haven't written a review. Cant believe the difference between the customer service with MMS and StageX. Remove the MMS link with StageX before it bleeds the life out of flex.

Misleading to say the least

Stage X claims to be a leading tuning platform with clever AI tools to help tune a car better and quicker.

What you will find is not the normal MagicMotorsport experience but rather an online overpriced tool no match for WinOLS

AI Solutions: They are good when they work but when they don't you're own your own, there is no backfrom from what I can see

Order something in error: You won't get a refund

MapPacks: They are basic and I mean basic
They are only good for stage 1 tunes and even then maps are missed

If I have to give anyone advice. I would say StageX is not like MMS. It is not a leading tool, it is an overpriced tool for people that are very new to tuning

I have used it a few times on and off since it launched and I honestly wish at the end of each experience I hadn't wasted my money

ECM Titanium is superior and that is saying something

Going forward: Sticking to WinOLS
