Terrible course, terrible company, terrible underhand business. They disguise themselves with names of local companies like Lancaster First Aid and have lots of websites. Do NOT trust. Avoid like the plague!

On Saturday 15/05/21, I attended a blended paediatric first aid course delivered by Dave Mason. I was rather nervous about attending due to it being my first ever time on a first aid course, how silly was I! Dave’s energy & enthusiasm kept us all engaged and hooked from start to finish, I was able to learn loads and even have fun whilst doing so. Dave was such a genuine and knowledgeable character who is so amazing at what he does- Thankyou!

I was dreading doing my EFAW. I had put it off three times, however today showed I really shouldn't have been worried. Our trainer David Mason put us all at ease straight away. His easy style and decades of teaching (in one form or another shone through). Dave broke down the content into understandable chunks making it accessible and easy to understand. Clearly very knowledgeable, he answered every question and then some. Not only that but he managed to make a very dry subject come alive, making it real and something we could relate to (not just thrashing around with some manikins). Daves passion for teaching and the subject made this a truly invaluable course. His willingness to share his personal experiences really cemented the learning. Beflre this, I would have felt petrified if someone needed first aid, now, I feel I would definitely be able to take action. Time and money well spent.

Completed a First Aid course on Saturday and loved every minute of it! The course was hands on and informative and the trainer (Dave) was very enthusiastic. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have attended many Level 3 First Aid at Work courses over the years. The trainers on this course were very knowledgeable with sound examples of video footage and situations they had encountered themselves. The course was delivered at a good pace and was both informative and enjoyable with the right mix of teaching, practical and participant involvement. I needed extra support due to my car breaking down on route and the care I received from the company so that I could still attend the course was exceptional. As well as delivering a first class course, they showed true care and compassion over and above what I would have expected. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone seeking an excellent first aid course.
