On September 29 I stopped my parking session in the app around 17:15, but the app failed to register it. The session continued until midnight, and I received a €72 invoice for less than one hour of parking. Completely unacceptable.
I can prove I was no longer there, yet I am told to pay first and only afterwards request a possible refund from the municipality. This feels unfair and very customer-unfriendly.
A parking app must be reliable and correctly register when you stop a session. If not, users lose all trust in the service.
