Pickup and drop off were very easy, items were returned in the same condition as they were picked up.
I would issue a small warning that during busy times (like early september) make sure to give things extra time time as responses slow a lot.

Initially I was excited to have found stackt, as the prices were reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten in my move. However, on the day of the move itself, everything went bottoms up. The slot I had booked was a 10am-4pm arrival window. I had no notification or communication on the day of for a more exact arrival window (despite me trying to call to get this info), until I got an email after midday stating that my movers would not arrive now until between 6pm and midnight!! The movers actually arrived just before 10pm, after having wasted my entire day waiting for this move. The move was not completed until after 1am. The movers themselves did an excellent job, treating my things with care. However, the customer service is appalling. When I called the following day to complain and hope for this to be made right by them (after receiving complaints from my neighbours on both sides of the move about the unavoidable noises of moving at the antisocial hour), it took over a week of the same daily routine: I call, they can’t find my order, they promise to call me back when they found it, they don’t call back, I call again, they find the order, I explain the issue, they say they have to call me back to resolve anything, they don’t call me back, I call again the next day, and repeat. The ultimate resolution was a minor refund which was certainly not worth the experience. It was exhausting, and I cancelled the separate storage service I had planned to undertake with them as a result as they lost all of my trust. Interestingly, to cancel that, it took only one phone call and no follow ups, so they are capable of something. I would not recommend.

Following phone call immediately I got a quote. Reservation and paying process were quick. Price was reasonable and affordable. The guys who picked up my stuff were quick, respectful and efficient. Arrivals of the van were prompt and information were given beforehand. No damages noted while my boxes and bags were handled and stored. I truly recommended this service and team.

A really great all-round experience with Stackt.
When I booked my move, customer service phoned to confirm and the lady was great at helping with my queries around the items I was moving.
I ended up having to change my time slot and it was no problem, I emailed them and they replied promptly
The move itself was so smooth. The live tracker was accurate, and Kunwarpeet and his friend were both very friendly and careful with my items and had them loaded in record time. They wouldn’t let me help them and I felt very safe in their hands!
Highly recommend Stackt and would happily use them again!

I was quoted £300 for collection and delivery, but after collection they tried to raise the delivery fee from £150 to £200, claiming there were “more items than quoted.” They already knew about the extras before collection as this was explained to them 2 days after the original quote, so this was simply an attempt to overcharge. They also tried to add another 10-15% just so I could choose a delivery time, even though their website promised this would not be the case.
When I pushed back, they eventually dropped the price back to the original £150 and gave me the time I wanted, but only because I challenged their misleading claims.
The delivery itself was even worse. Some of my furniture arrived with water damage, a chest of drawers had chips and dents, and my TV now makes a buzzing sound whenever loud audio plays.
One of the main reasons I chose this company was their advertised use of body cameras by staff, promoted as a key feature on their website. Neither the collection nor delivery teams wore them, blaming it on “forgotten charging.” In reality, this feels like a convenient excuse and completely undermines their selling point.
After some back and forth, I eventually got a refund for the damaged furniture and 20% off due to the missing body cameras, but only after pushing hard.

My boyfriend had a good experience with Stackt and recommended them to me. Unfortunately, we can both confirm that I did not receive the same level of service.
I used Stackt for packing, pickup, storage, and delivery. What went well: their customer service was reachable, knowledgeable and friendly My things were picked up and returned on the day I requested, within the time window they communicated.
What did not go well:
1. Stackt is incentivized for you to go overtime. They charge a hefty premium on extra time. On both pickup and delivery, at least one of the movers was slow.
At pickup, Stackt sent two movers. One of them was really slow. For example, he spent over an hour packing the kitchen (I lived alone and only had the bare minimum). He kept forgetting things although I laid them out explicitly on counters/left all relevant cupboards open. Eventually, even the second mover got frustrated at them and did the job for them. They also parked their van down the street instead of right across my place - there was an available spot - which made the back and forth trips longer. As a result, I incurred extra costs due to the delays. Stackt directly charged my card before invoicing me or explaining the extra charges.
At delivery time, Stackt also sent one remarkably slow mover. I had my partner join 20 minutes in to help out, and he was surprised at how slow they were ("his job was to push things from one corner of the van, to a slightly closer corner of the van"). Stackt advised me not to help during the moving process (for insurance purposes) but at the same time charged a rate of 129.41 GBP per hour of overtime.
2. Stackt did not include delivery costs in their original contract. I found this extremely misleading. By comparison, my boyfriend had a line item for delivery in his contract (around 200 GBP). They then quoted me 541.37 GBP for returning my things. I disputed this quote, saying it shouldn't take more than an hour. They came back with a quote of 378.20, which I disputed again. Finally, they quoted me 258.82 GBP for one hour of service.
3. Packing style: some items were disassembled without my approval. Brown scotch tape was used directly on surfaces such as paint, glass and screens, leaving marks. At delivery, some paintings that were previously wrapped in blankets were delivered without any covering.
4. At delivery, the movers stepped all over the carpet with their shoes on, leaving stains everywhere. I had previously told them that the lift opened directly onto the flat and that they could just push out the boxes in the entrance hall, and I would help clear the area out in a few minutes. Instead, they were walking all around the apartment which is fully carpeted, leaving boxes in different rooms, and some stains behind them.
Fantastic experience with stackt. Shah and team were extremely helpful and very efficient in picking up boxes from my flat and taking them to their destination. Highly recommend.
