I’m a previous buyer of the Stacked Storage cases, and after using them for a while I was impressed with the quality, durability and value for money. With time I needed a cleaner storage solution at home and it was an easy choice to add more Stacked cases to my collection 😅 Apart from the solid build of these cases, I ordered a few a and received a discount, and found them delivered a couple of days earlier than expected.
Overall, very nicely done!

Re Order STACK5481 for Black Glass Display Cabinet purchased 15Feb2026, (39kg package) delivered 25Feb2026.
While carefully assembling the glass cabinet in accordance with the supplied Instruction Sheet, we were shocked and shaken (but thankfully not seriously injured) when one of the four (1.5m high) tempered glass panels suddenly disintegrated explosively scattering hundreds of small glass pieces a few metres!
I sent the Seller a detailed email including photos re Notification of Tempered Glass Panel Explosion on 2Mar2026 as well as follow-up emails on 6Mar2026. The Instruction Sheet states “…Tempered glass has a 0.3% risk of self-explosion. In case of such an accident, please contact us and we will replace the damaged glass…”
My emails were sent to 'STACKED Storage' info-at-stackedstorage.com.au (the only means provided to contact the Seller). This is in accordance with the 15Feb2026 order confirmation email from STACKED Storage info-at-stackedstorage.com.au which states “… If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at info-at-stackedstorage.com.au …”.
It’s now 13Mar2026 and I have received no response so far from the Seller – only this second feedback request from Stackitup noreply.invitations-at-trustpilotmail.com .
I’m now wondering who is actually behind the name Stacked Storage, the email address info-at-stackedstorage.com.au , the website https -stackedstorage.com.au - syclid=a5e8ede6-235b-4b4f-9238-7303cb879b5c , the listed address STACKED Storage 7 Duigan Dr, Moorabbin Airport VIC 3194 Australia , the organisation requesting feedback stackitup.com.au or whether all of this just an elaborate façade with reassuring words (eg “…30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE Free exchanges and returns…”) with no intention of responding to customers who have genuine issues after carefully following their Instructions!!
Incidentally, I assembled an identically looking glass cabinet from IKEA a few years ago (which we are still using) and did not encounter this problem.

For storage? That looks great. Instead of horrible boxes, they might be a little bit expensive. But they last, I've got a lot of the crates, and I've recently bought the shoebox, and I could be more happy. I have stacked them up high.And they look great. And shoes organised for once. Thanks

BUYER BEWARE . I ordered a glass cabinet and received a big box with a few screws and polystyrene packaging. There was NO cabinet inside to assemble!!!. I’ve lost over $250!!! This is not a legitimate company. AVOID
