Terrible experience. Hard to find order confirmation and shipping is extremely slow. Christmas gifts arrived late two years in a row.

First off it’s a Fireman ran company!!!
Second the hold and choices of wax is great. Lastly but not last so I keep it short, the product holds up to the rigors of shift life and I can’t say enough good things about it.

Very quick to respond to emails and correct any issues we have had. (The only thing we haven't received is the beard comb which was to be included in second box from an issue with our first box. I am sure alot has been going on to get side tracked with )
