THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not order from them.

I purchased stability pro knee assist (knee braces) after reading positive reviews and watching videos that really played this item up. When I received them I was so disappointed. Just looking at these things made me want to cry. They looked like cheap plastic things with 2 straps and springs which were supposed to assist you with spring action by taking the weight off upon standing up, walking, etc. These things did absolutely NOTHING! They slid down your leg no matter how tightly fixed, all the spring did was bend just to bend. Tried to get a refund but I'm sure you can figure out how that went. Money just given away to these crooks! Scamming folks with pure junk. All I can do is throw this junk in the trash and learn from my dumb mistake. They had glowing reviews, etc on their site but once I received this trash I went on google and the reviews were so bad I knew I had been scammed.

My experience with the one time I ordered from them, is not good. My product was to be delivered in three to five days. It's been seven days and no product. Customer service gives you a number, which tells you to email them your information. Really wish I would have checked their reviews.

Went give return. Won't respond to email or phone calls.

Horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Bad customer service. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. I have made several phone calls and emailed them twice.

It's been over a month and no product. They refuse to refund my money - Stay away!

I bought shape wear garments from this company they were very cheap garments. Everything on their website is like $30. I bought these garments because I needed them because I had surgery and they had to be bathroom friendly in the description of these garments. Both of them said they were bathroom friendly so I bought them when the order came. It was all squashed in a priority envelope. I didn’t even try on the garments because as soon as I opened them, I checked to see if they were bathroom, friendly and both of them were not. I was very disappointed. I felt duped. I tried to get in touch with the company. I found their phone number, but their phone number does not send you to any voicemail. All it tells you to do is to email them and you will get a response, I emailed them at least four times until I finally got a response from them. When I read the email, I was so angry. They were trying to barter with me so they would not have to give me my money back. They told me they could not refund my money because all the garments were on sale I told them I don’t care your description was wrong and I want a refund. I paid $69 for expedited shipping for the garments and about about $50 for garments and I wanted my refund because they are useless garments to me. They were going back-and-forth on 1 email with me telling me they will not refund my money but instead the manager will give me 50% off any anything on the website they don’t have anything of use to me on their website , so I didn’t want that, but they would not give me back my money at all, even though they were wrong with their description and the garments were made like crap. Then the manager said that she didn’t want me to ship back the garments that I could keep them and she will give me 50% off one item on her site. It’s like bartering I paid I want my refund. I don’t want anything else from your company, but they were not budging but I didn’t want to do or buy anything from that site I saw I was getting nowhere with this company. I wrote to them again and I got nowhere. They wouldn’t answer me at all. Just totally ignored me told me what they wanted and what they were going to do and that was it. I never heard from them again so I decided to use the 50% off and I found one only one garment that could be of use to me so I ordered it and it was $15 plus I had to pay shipping again I think was crazy. They should’ve just sent me the garments free of charge since I wasn’t getting a refund of $50 for the garments and 69 with the shipping. I do not recommend this company to anyone their stuff is very cheaply made and I do not like the fact that they don’t tell you that you can’t have a refund everything on their site is on sale because it’s junk and I don’t like ordering online. what is that something new it’s either you get a refund or you don’t I don’t like the bartering nonsense that’s not for me so I would not recommend this company! I would stay away from this company!! I don’t even know really what kind of company it is but I was desperate and I bought two garments and I am so sorry that I even went on this site, customer service is the most horrible customer service I ever had to deal with they never ever get back to you only when they feel like it and that was 1 time out of five times that I tried to reach them so I would stay away from this company for sure I would never get anything from them again I finally got the $15 garment. I have not tried it on yet but it is definitely not bathroom friendly they are liars. The whole bottom of the bodysuit is completely sewn shut that is not bathroom friendly bathroom friendly has a opening so that you can go to the bathroom so they are liars and they don’t know how to write descriptions correctly they lie about their garments to get people to buy them but their garments. I assure you are not bathroom friendly at all if you call a sewn up bottom that fits like a bodysuit and has no openings on the bottom at all you have to take the garment off to go to the bathroom. If you call that bathroom friendly then they are crazy in the head because that is not what bathroom friendly means now I’m stuck with three stupid garments that are useless to me like I said I need bathroom friendly. What am I supposed to do with these three garments you can’t go to the bathroom at all. You have to take all your clothes off. I cannot do that when I’m out in public. I can only do it when I’m in my house and that is a pain of the neck. Try taking off all off your clothes when you say bathroom friendly you must mean bathroom friendly so to me they are frauds Their company is nothing but a gimmick and frauds! and I still want my money back for each and everyone of these garments. They are crap and they are liars. This company are liars and frauds stay away from this company!

I received the wrong product. I wrote asking for assistance to customer service 5 times and there was no response. They don’t answer their phone either. What a scam to say 100% customer service!

HORRIBLE QUALITY! Less than dollar tree material. The worst part is the underpants were USED, white marks, stretched out and no tags attached or labeling inside the waistband. No one answered the phone, their email stated “delayed responses due to coronavirus”. Finally did get an email and they stated “will only accept like new with tags attached” WTH!!! I’m calling my credit card company at this point. Save your money and risk of headaches and purchase elsewhere

Right hip support

When I purchased the hip stabilizer / brace I was expecting it to be here in 2 days like I paid for. It didnt arrive on time and I started to doubt the validity of the company so I googled them and I was shocked at the reviews I read mostly complaining about receiving their order on time. Then I read the email reply from them explaining why packages were late. They are having a difficult time with shipping since the pandemic. When I did finally get my package come to find out it was the USPS fault for it being so late. The company sent it 2 day just as I paid.
The product itself is wonderful!! Today was my first trip away from home since I injured my hip and the hip stabilizer made all the difference in the world, I was able to walk, and that made me happy.
So before reading all the negative reviews I really hope you read mine first.

Oh I am soooo frustrated with Stability Pro! Out of all the waist trainers out there, I had to pick from their corrupt company! My sisterinlaw, ordered one for my Christmas gift (which I regretably requested). So it's even worse that we got ripped off bc I hated for her to have wasted her money on a non-refundable, defected item... I spefically looked to see if it was returnable and refundable, which it said it was. Lies, lies, lies. The stupid waist cincher was not just a little bit too small, I could barely get it over my head! And no way would it go up past my thighs, to try to get it on that way! It was marked as an M/L... According to the chart I orderd a size M. (when I'm usually a Small or even extra Small.) I am a very small woman... a size 4, weighing under 110 pounds, and yet it was still too small to even try to wear. It's a total loss, as they will not cooperate to get a refund or even a replacement. Just read all the other reviews... bc I dont wish to explain it all here or waste more of my time. But it's pretty much the same bogus story... Like "cant give a full refund bc it was on sale or discounted (which I don't believe it was... and it was more costly at $30 than many of the others.) And if we returned it in the exact packaging, and pay for the shipping, they might send out a replacement... But then they came back and said that same thing I've seen on all these other many complaints, about how they "talked to their manager, etc, etc." Seems this is the same old story whenever we order from China... to be honest. And to think I actually wrote this to my sis-in-law: "I like this one partly bc it's American made...Not China, and should be easier to return/exchange if necessary. (there are so many options, I looked forever to find the right one.)"
The whole time thinking this was returnable bc it was thru Amazon and bc it deceptively makes it look like they're a US company.

It's all so infuriating ... How Chinese companies get away with this and stay in business. From now we are not ordering anything unless it's an "American" company!

This place is a TOTAL SCAM! Horrible quality, horrible customer service and horrible return policy. I ordered items before looking at reviews (my fault) and immediately requested to cancel my order (within 5 minutes of placing it) and they told me that I was unable to.

Products came in the mail and it looked like stuff you’d buy from the dollar store, except at the dollar store, you could probably return it.

Don’t consider them, just don’t.

Not very happy so far. I ordered a post surgery recovery bra. It arrived too small. Also, the fabric wasn't soft as described. In a store, if I had felt it, I wouldn't have bought it. It seemed too scratchy I messaged them and they said to return it and I could have store credit. That was fine. I returned it at my own cost and I got a message saying I had store credit. I decided to try another size, but the only options provided were cup sizes, not chest sizes. This was probably where I went wrong in my 1st order. I ordered my cup size and assumed there was some way to adjust it. But this wasn't the case. Meanwhile, I have used their chat to message them, but haven't gotten a response. I have a feeling I've lost my store credit.
Update: we have been emailing back and forth and it seems like I may get my exchange. I'll update this review again. But it has still been a hassle. 3-23-23

Theft is what this company is about, buyer beware!!! Ordered two bras from them, they showed up completely different than described on their website. Super cheaply made, and did not fit as they were so cheap. At first they wouldn’t reply to my emails, whatsoever. Finally got back to me after two weeks and several emails sent. Was told I couldn’t have a refund, but “in store credit”. I returned BOTH bras with signature confirmation of delivery. Spent over 60.00 with them, they tried to only give me a 24.00 I store credit, saying that they only got 1 bra Back, which is completely false as both where sent back and delivered, signed for to be clear! This company is in the business of ripping people off, and doing horrible business. Again, buyer beware!!

This company is a scam. They do not specify their return policy on their website, only say they offer refunds. They do not. They will only offer store credit. They have a form they send out to every single request for a refund. Zero customer service, zero assistance offered. No one answers the phone and emails take days to get a response. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

Poor products and a bs policy of company credit vs a refund. They offer poor quality products and then don't back them with a refund. On Sale yes because of the poor quality.

I was very disappointed with the product I ordered. I ordered the men’s abdominal sharper, it provided NO shaping or firmness of the abdomen. The fabric was to thin and it was a waste of my time ordering and having to wait for the item and a waste of money. No refund offered, a store credit was offered. I don’t want to take a chance getting another product that does not do what is say it can do and lose more money. 50% off on a different item was then offered, again I would not want to take a chance on another product. I will cut my loses and move on. I have to give customer service credit for responding to my request in a timely manner.

If there was a negative star review, i certainly would use it! I made two separate purchases, received neither and told it was delivered when it was not. I have ring and can verify all deliveries. They told me file a police report for a theft that never occurred, not from my porch at least. DONT SPEND A DIME WITH THESE FRAUDULENT CROOKS!!
