Very rude Founder, using disrespectful language in his communication
I scheduled a 500 € call with one of the consultants about opening an LLC. He neither prepared any of the questions I sent him beforehand nor was he able to provide sufficient information on the specifics of my case and tax situation in the country I live in.
After inquiring with his boss, Christoph Heuermann, I received a very rude response, telling me that this is the level of service I can expect for "only" paying 500 € instead of booking the 2000 € consult with the Chistoph himself.
I requested a refund, which they agreed to saying, "it seems like you really need the money".
Subpar service, fishy, and unprofessional.
