My experience was excellent for several reasons. First, while I know how to build an online magazine I don't have a clue how to get it to an Internet host to have it posted. IonBLADE has been very helpful in telling me how to send the files. Second, because of me not including a files and photos the first time, and because of some of my writers wanting text changed, I had to add files to replace original submissions. This several times. IonBLADE staff, especially Max, were very helpful and patient throughout this process. Thank You!

We got a call from Eddie the Sales Manager telling us our SSL had just expired. We were with another well-known vendor, on autopay even, but they didn't even send us a postcard (joke). We were already behind the 8-Ball and there were some other complications with email addresses, but Eddie solved them all within a couple hours and we're back up and running. These guys ready produce in the results department (which is what Customer Service should be called). Thanks, Eddie! We've switched to SslGuru!

I build websites and used to work with another company that charged us for the certs but they wouldn't notify us we had to do more... Dan at SSL Guru was very upfront about who they were, saved me money, and helped me service my clients better... These bad reviews sound like people who don't know what's going on with their own business.

I have been using them for years. They are professional and provide high-quality personal service.

They are about half the price of Godaddy for the same results.

Scam of a company. They cold call you for expired SSL certificate which in our case was not even the case. They make it sound urgent, thankfully I did not give them our GoDaddy password so they couldn't actually provide any service they claimed I needed. I'm sure they would hold me hostage if they did.

Our IT person fixed the website promptly, but SSL Guru charged us without our permission and hides behind their 30 day refund policy. I was not expecting to be charged since they didn't do anything for me, so didn't even notice the charge until after the 30 days. They also sign you up for a "subscription" for x # of years which prevents credit card companies from disputing the charges. SSL Guru has their scam down to a fine art is seems.

Despite the company's attempt to bribe away 1 star reviews, there are enough 1 star reviews on here to clearly see this company has no ethics and preys off of small businesses and individuals with extremely unethical "business practices".

I'd like to express my appreciation for the extraordinary customer service I received from Ben at SSLGURU today. He was really patient with my slow ass and helped me get my site fixed after it went down. I'm glad to have your services at my disposal and will definitely be referring you guys to my business friends.

If I could give Sam Hamed 6 stars, I would! He went above and beyond to solve my tech issue involving my website's c-panel, which had been a source of frustration for months. My own web team gave up and told me I was on my own. Sam made phone calls and worked with me until he SOLVED the issue. I now have a weight lifted off my shoulders. If you are lucky enough to work with Sam, you are in excellent hands!

This company keeps contacting us even after multiple requests to stop- and they now call different staff saying our SSL certificate is about to expire and we need to renew our subscription. We have never done business with this company and it is clearly a scam to try and switch our SSL certificate from our current service provider. I would never trust a company that uses bad business practice such as this to acquire new customers.
