Truly a con and scam business. Bouhjt my SD 4050 via kickstarter backer mo. 82 for USD 601 in July 2023 but receive nothing at all except a few responses which amount to nothing. How could this business keep operating like nothing happened to scammed buy I cannot understand. Hope some buyer in USA can complain to the FTC in USA about this bloodsucking leach.

no luxury package simder dont answer emails there dont seem to be an company owner or ceo that can be contacted simder says its in the usa google says head office is china i can find no company building where they produce them got mine from simder payed with pay pal trying to go through pay pal to get package but they not a lot of help at mo keep saying wait simder when they do answer are not much help been told it lost in post then been returned then been sent again asked for refund then im told i have to return it when iv not recieved it this company is a scam so here i am 8wks later and £300 out of pocket and pay pal not doing much to help so much for there guarantee refund policy

I ordered a simder welder from temu and let me say that i have over 30 years welding under mu belt. BUT THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE WELDER i have ever used. Wire jams power serges up and down and some of the most nasty welds i have ever had laid down. I have tried to contact temu and the company for either a new better welder or atleast a credit to my temu acct. So i could atleast order a better welder. Not a refund all i wanted was a better welder. But the hassrl and head ache i got from both companies were not worth the hassle. So i an giving my thougjts on the company and equipment. Customer service not helpful and sucks equipment unless shown different is a waste of time and money out of 6 trys with the wrlder not satisfied with it at all and the company has not even trued to to let me see if any of there equipment may be better. I feel like they took my mo ey and said to hell with me. And temu is getting a review soon as im done with this one. So the bottom line from where i stand is do not bother buying from simder the equipment sucks and customer service is a joke. And i strongly advise any one to shop rlse where if they want a decent welder and with simder u dont even get what you pay for you may as well go to your trash can and put your money there because that is what your getting trash equipment. Sorry to bash simder so bad but the truth is the truth i gave them and temu every chance there was to set things right even just ask for another welder to prove i was wrong and they acted lime i was a retard so untill proven different i give them a minus 5 stars DO NOT BUY A SIMDER WELDER PERIOD. AND UNTIL I CAN SEE PROOF THAT IM WRONG I WILL NOT CHANGE MY REVIEW SO SIMDER PROVE ME WRO G AND I WILL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO CHANGE THOUGHTS ON YOUR EQUIPMENT thank you Tony edwards

It looks as if after sales service does not exist. I have problems with my brand new 4050 pro and Ssimder does not answer for months. I have attempted not less then 10 times. I would stay away from purchasing from them!!!

I backed a project on Kickstarter but haven't received the deluxe accessories. I reached out to them, but they haven't responded.

Ssimder funded their SD-5010Pro project through a Kickstarter campaign (just Google it) but the vast majority of backers never received it yet while it is being sold elsewhere. Also see other comments on warranty and responsiveness. Simply not a trustworthy company.

Bought the 10 in one with the deluxe package. Over a week later they haven't even shipped yet. they sent tracking number but when tracked the shipper hasn't received it yet. they claim 24/7 support but no answers until a day later if then. the second part of the order doesn't even have tracking yet.

A word of caution if you are considering purchasing anything from Ssmider. I purchased an SD4050 pro( older series) the first week of December 2023. I did not receive it until February of 2024. I did not mind wating but what was really concerning is that Ssmider never responded to any of my emails or phone calls when I asked for an update. I have had the machine for 9 months and it has performed really well. I have tried to contact Smider for months now to purchase extra consumables and accessories. They have not responded to any emails nor voicemails. At this point it is really a throw away machine if anything goes wrong with it.

I purchased the SD4050Pro from this company this March, never heard before but saw some ads on google and i checked on amazon, seems like an established company.

It took 2 week until i received the machine and another week for the accessories package that i bought, this was not happy expierence. but in terms of its performance, it does what it said, pulse mig welding for aluminum is what i need the most. plasma cutting nicely.
Customer service is fine when i tried to ask for some help with the settings. we will see how far it can go.

Ordered their sd-4050pro welder last year June, The packaging needs more improvement, when i got box it was a mess. but i guess it could be detroyed by UPS coz they never deliver good service.

However, everything is good inside, i tried mig, stick and plasma cutting. not really a tig guy so i haven't tried yet. i fixed my barbecue Grill and some gadgets in my workshop, so far so good though.

bought one of their product last December, it was a nice multiprocess welder sd4050, everything went well so far, got a chance to practice my poor welding skill. btw, im totally new to this.
Nothing to complain if but if they can make it a more affordable price that will be appreciated.
